Our blades are made from the following materials:

Spring strip steel (hardened and unhardened up to 55 HRC)

Alloyed chrome steels (hardened and unhardened up to 65 HRC)

Our serrated machine blades can be manufactured from the desired material depending on the specific application. The selection of materials ranges from hardened strip material to corrosion-resistant, hardenable tool steels and high-speed steels. By carefully selecting the appropriate materials, we ensure your blade achieves the desired service life.

In addition to these high-quality materials, we offer a wide variety of tooth profiles, many of which are highly complex and intricate. These complex tooth profiles can be manufactured not only in straight lines but also in a roof-shaped configuration. Because we use specialized machines designed for tooth profiling, we can produce many different variants of blades.

The design of the tooth profile can be individually coordinated or developed with us upon request. Over 20 different types of toothing have proven themselves in use with our customers. Well-known manufacturers of packaging machines use our toothed machine knives or knife blades.
